PACIFIC STAR REALTY & LOAN Corporation was established in South San Francisco, California on April 10, 1986. The founder and President is Hemant K. Prasad. Created and dedicated to assist people in our community, PACIFIC STAR REALTY & LOAN finds homes and investment properties for a reasonable price as well as financing at the lowest rates possible. PACIFIC STAR REALTY & LOAN has overcome many obstacles in attempting to gain its current success. There are many other traits which set the corporation aside from the rest. Approved with all the major lenders, PACIFIC STAR REALTY & LOAN has formed long term and successful relationships with them. Because of the volume of the business, the lenders give us better pricing. As these lenders provide better and faster service to us, we are able to offer better and convenient service to our customers.
